Since 2007, I am Attorney, since 2012, Certified Labour Law Specialist. I advise and represent employees, managerial employees, employers, directors.

• all topics (employment agreement, settlement agreement, dismissal, reference letter, competition restraint, part-time work, temporary work, ...)
• all branches including public service and labour law of the church
• all instances including Federal Labour Court

Inheritance Law



Since 2017 I am also concerned intensively with inheritance law. As Attorney, I offer legal advice and representation in court in cases such as:

• legal order of succession and scope for changes
• legal portion and additional claims
• withdrawal of gifts from the testator to third parties which impair the testamentary heirs or the person entitled to legal portion
• judicial proceedings to get a certificate of inheritance
• judicial proceedings to release the executor of a will

Temporarily, I represent colleagues who are Notary as officially appointed agent with the power to notarise e.g.:

• power of authority as a matter of precaution, health care instruction
• last will, testamentary contract, anticipated succession, request for certificate of inheritance
• marriage contract, contract on consequences of the divorce

• real estate sales agreements
• company law: formation, share deal, liquidation, deregistration
